Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Powder ELT-PCP
Product Description of ELT-PCP:
ELT-PCP is a polycarboxylate based high range water-reducing admixture Powder which enables concrete to be produced with very low water to cement ratios. ELT-PCP does not contain added chlorides and will not promote corrosion in steel. ELT-PCP is compatible with air-entraining agents, microsilica,accelerators and many other admixtures; however, each material should be added to the concrete separately.ELT-PCP complies with the requirements of the following standards: ASTM C 494,Type A & F. BS EN 934-2.
ELT-PCP is a newest generation superplasticizer with Anhui Elite Patent Technology. ELT-PCP can directly add water diluid to liquid without sedimentation and Cristallisation.It is white Powder, non- toxic, non-hazardous, and non-corrosive. ELT-PCP main have two type fine powder, ELT-PCP-A Powder is High range water reducing type,ELT-PCP-B is slump retention type.
Production Characteristic of ELT-PCP
â—† low dosage, high rate of water reducing;
â—† keep concrete good slumption retention;
â—† good compatibility with cement;
â—† small shrinkage of concrete to keep the stability of volume and durability;
â—† environmental in production and usage.
Motar Performance Of ELT-PCP
â—†It is homologous between water-reducing rate of motar and fluidity of cement paste.The more fluidity of cement paste, the more water-reducing rate of motar.
â—†Water-reducing rate increases fast and high when the dosage increase.When the dosage is same,the water-reducing rate of PCE powder is 35% higher than that of other superplasticizer in market.
â—†Due to the influence from the admixture and sand coarse aggregate, Water-reducing rate in concrete is different from that of motar.When the the admixture and sand coarse aggregate are in favour of the concrete flow, the water-reducing rate of concrete is higher than that of motar.
◆It has antifreezing performance when temperature is above -5℃. So it can be used in antifreezing concrete.

â—†It makes cement good dispersibility and fluidity in low dosage.
â—†When dosage is from 0.12% to 0.22%, the cement paste fluidity grows obviously.
â—†There is no loss of fluidity within 1 hour in cement paste.
â—†The fluidity of PCE powder is 2 times of other superplasticizer in market.
Recommend Dosage Of ELT-PCP:
The recommend dosage of superplasticizer for concrete: 0.1-0.25% base on cement quantity.
Solid contents of PCE powder is 98%. Normal dosage is 0.12%-0.3%.
â—†when dosage is 0.06%, it has 12% water reducing rate and 23% strength growth, this beyond the performance of common pumping agent in market.
â—†when dosage is 0.1%, performance beyond that of PNS and Melamine. But when dosage is below 0.14%, its good performance is not obvious.
â—†When dosage is above 0.20%, it is excellent in concrete fluidity and pumping performance. Therefore, the best dosage is recommended as 0.12-0.24%;
â—†when making concrete with high grade, big dosage of fly ash or superfine slag powder or other special requirements, dosage can be expanded to 0.3-0.5%. Test state that there is no cohesion and bleeding in concrete even the dosage expand to 0.5%, and its water-reducing rate still increase . But air content increase, setting delay, strength decrease.

Polycarboxylate superplasticizer ELT-PCP, if direct and prolonged contact with eyes and skin may cause irritation. Wash the affected area of body with plenty of tap water immediately. If irritations persist for long time, please contact with doctor.
