Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Powder
ELITE Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer fiine powder (PCE powder) is a poly-ester type polycarboxylate superplasticizer of sprayed powder.
Characteristic: High water reduction rate, good dispersion, and excellent adaptability with cement and gypsum, good fluidity. It is a green environmental product with good comprehensive index and no pollution. This product is in line with the national standard GB 8076-2008 for the superplasticizer index.

It makes cement good dispersibility and fluidity in low dosage.
A. When dosage is from 0.12% to 0.22%, the cement paste fluidity grows obviously.
B. There is no loss of fluidity within 1 hour in cement paste.
C. The fluidity of PCE powder is 2 times of other superplasticizer in market.
Motar Performance
A. It is homologous between water-reducing rate of motar and fluidity of cement paste.The
more fluidity of cement paste, the more water-reducing rate of motar.
B. Water-reducing rate increases fast and high when the dosage increase. When the dosage is same,the water-reducing rate of PCE powder is 35% higher than that of other superplasticizer in market.
C. Due to the influence from the admixture and sand coarse aggregate, Water-reducing rate in concrete is different from that of motar.When the the admixture and sand coarse aggregate are in favour of the concrete flow, the water-reducing rate of concrete is higher than that of motar.
D. It has antifreezing performance when temperature is above -5℃. So it can be used in antifreezing concrete.

Comparing with standard concrete ,the bleeding rate and shrinkage rate of concrete with PCE powder is lower ,Initial setting time prolong 60 minutes , final setting time is similar, air content is controlled in 2-4%.
Recommed Dosage
The recommend dosage of PCE powder for concrete: 0.1-0.25% base on cement quantity.
Solid contents of PCE powder is 98%. Normal dosage is 0.12%-0.3%. when dosage is 0.06%, it has 12% water reducing rate and 23% strength growth, this beyond the performance of common pumping agent in market. when dosage is 0.1%, performance beyond that of PNS and Melamine. But when dosage is below 0.14%, its good performance is not obvious. When dosage is above 0.20%, it is excellent in concrete fluidity and pumping performance. Therefore, the best dosage is recommended as 0.12-0.24%; when making concrete with high grade, big dosage of fly ash or superfine slag powder or other special requirements, dosage can be expanded to 0.3-0.5%. Test state that there is no cohesion and bleeding in concrete even the dosage expand to 0.5%, and its water-reducing rate still increase. But air content increase, setting delay, strength decrease.
Technological Characteristics
At present, most PCE powder in market are produced by process of sparying and drying. So they have some defect: its 5% separant,3% moisture result loss of effective constituent and performance in use.
We break the routine of producing PCE powder. It First use the technology of thermosynthesis which save the producing cost in a lot, without separant, with high purity of 98% solid contents. In performance, high purity guarantee the low dosage, more effective constituent guarantee the better slump retention, those save the cost for client.
Use Method
(1) According to the design of concrete, adjust quantity the water or sand to make sure the slumps,strength, setting all to meet with requirements base on the required dosage of admixture.
(2) It apply to concrete with high performance ,strength and fluidity. When make C50 concrete, it should choose the suitable material according to relative technology rule and confirm thesuitable mixing technology base on enough test data. To make sure the fluidity of concrete can meet with the requirements of engineering, the strength of concrete should have surplus .
(3) This product can be added into concrete together with water which is used in mixing. but it will get better performance if mix it with water firstly.
Safety and Attention
(1) This product is alkalescence solid without toxic, corrosiveness and pollution. It is unedible.
when it come to body and eye, please wash it in clean water. When there is allergy for some body,please send the person to hospital rapidly for cure.
(2) This product is storaged in paper barrel with PE bag inner. Avoid rain and sundries to mix in.
(3) Quality guarantee period is 12 months
(4) Package: Paper-Plastic lamination package with PCE inner.
