Naphthalene Superplasticizer

    Naphthalene superplasticizer is the chemical synthesis ,non air-entraining type high efficiency water reducing agent .Its chemical name is naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensation compound , It is have a strong dispersion effect on the cement particles.

   Naphthalene superplasticizer is widely used in roads , Bridges , tunnels , DAMS , ports , electricity , water conservancy and civil engineering , pipe ,and the natural curing to the system components , etc .
 
    Naphthalene superplasticizer according to the level of their Na2SO4 content can be divided into high-concentration products (Na2SO4 content of <5%), the concentration products (Na2SO4 content of 5% to 10%) and low enriched products (Na2SO4 <19%content).

   At present, most of naphthalene series high efficient water reducing agent synthesis factory has the ability to control the Na2SO4 content below 5 %, some advanced enterprises even can be controlled below 0 .4 %.
 
    Naphthalene superplasticizer is characterized by high water reducing rate ( 15 % ~ 25 %), not bleed air,small influence on the setting time ,
