1, Introduction:
    PCE Polycarboxylate superplasticizer is the newest generation superplasticizer in domestic and abroad.
    Comparing with PNS and other superplasticizer, PCE superplasticizer has many characteristic
    advantages in technology and performance as following: 
 
(1) low dosage, high rate of water reducing;
(2) keep concrete good slumption retention;
(3) good compatibility with cement;
(4) small shrinkage of concrete to keep the stability of volume and durability;

(5) environmental in production and usage.
Base on above advantages, PCE polycarboxylate superplasticizer attract the attention from
engineering field and has been widely used in some important projects.
Predictably, base on above advantages,
PCE polycarboxylate superplasticizer will be the main trend in the market.

 
Due to most of PCE polycarboxylate superplasticizer is liquid and procedure of PCE powder is complex and
dangerous, PCE superplasticizer is mostly sold in liquid in market. Recently, with the
technology and procedure improved, PCE powder is common in market. the powder will be more
convenient for client in transport and use. So the powder is becoming the trend of this product.

A. It is homologous between water-reducing rate of motar and fluidity of cement paste.
     The more fluidity of cement paste, the more water-reducing rate of motar.

 
B. Water-reducing rate increases fast and high when the dosage increase.
     When the dosage is same, the water-reducing rate of PCE powder is 35% higher than that of other superplasticizer in market.

 
C. Due to the influence from the admixture and sand coarse aggregate, Water-reducing rate in concrete is different from that of motar.
     When the the admixture and sand coarse aggregate are in favour of the concrete flow,
     the water-reducing rate of concrete is higher than that of motar.

 
D. It has antifreezing performance when temperature is above -5℃.
    So it can be used in antifreezing concrete.


(3) Motar Performance
      A. It is homologous between water-reducing rate of motar and fluidity of cement paste.
           The more fluidity of cement paste, the more water-reducing rate of motar.

Comparing with standard concrete ,the bleeding rate and shrinkage rate of concrete
with PCE powder is lower , Initial setting time prolong 60 minutes ,  final setting time
is similar, air content is controlled in 2-4%.
 
3, Recommed Dosage:
The recommend dosage of superplasticizer for concrete: 0.1-0.25% base on cement quantity.
 
4, Safety and Attention:
 
(1)This product is alkalescence solid without toxic, corrosiveness and pollution. It is unedible.
      when it come to body and eye, please wash it in clean water. When there is allergy for some body,
       please send the person to hospital rapidly for cure.
 
(2) This product is storaged in paper barrel with PE bag inner. Avoid rain and sundries to mix in.
 
(3) Quality guarantee period is 12 months
 
(4) Package: Paper-Plastic lamination package with PCE inner.
